Refund Policy

Our Refund Policy is designed to ensure a seamless experience for our valued customers while maintaining the highest standards of quality and service.

Each project undergoes meticulous planning, with milestones set to guide progress.

Commencing with a thorough discovery and analysis phase, followed by the creation of a comprehensive scope of work document, we aim to establish clear expectations and minimize the potential for cancellations or disputes.

Refunds are not available for work already completed, as time and resources are invested in achieving each milestone and module.

In the event of mutual project termination, the client retains control of completed work, with any further development payments becoming void, and no refunds issued for previous payments or deposits.

Once mock-up designs are approved and development begins, no refunds will be processed.

Partial refunds are not granted during project milestones.

Special occasion marketing offers are non-refundable due to their limited-time nature.

SEO Refund Policy:

While SEO and digital marketing packages cannot be refunded, clients may cancel with 30 days from the payment date, with written notice.

Deposits or payments for projects abandoned or inactive for over 30 days are non-refundable.

Relevant Search Media Private Limited (RSMP) cannot guarantee refunds or ensure top search rankings under the following circumstances:

  1. Changes in search engine ranking algorithms, policies, or functionality that affect SEO rankings.
  2. If incorrect URLs provided by the client lead to errors in link building, RSMP will not be liable for any consequences, and no refunds or money-back guarantees will be provided.
  3. RSMP is not responsible for SEO results if the client engages with any other third-party SEO services.
  4. Search rankings can vary in frequency and position, so immediate changes in search rankings cannot be guaranteed.
  5. Any negative impact on ranking due to changes in website content made by the client or third-party service providers hired by them.

RSMP does not guarantee placement of the client’s website in the top ten search rankings. However, we assure you that we work in your best interest, striving to deliver profitable results. Our goal is to simplify your life and make your business more profitable.
